Summer Hours:
Our Summer Hours will be 10-4pm Tuesday – Saturday and an additional 4-8pm on Thursday evenings. The Thursday evenings are when we schedule our special events.
Used Book Sale:
Our FIFTH annual “Welcome Summer” Used Book Sale is over. Thank you for the great donations. Our final totals: a profit of $550 and 337 people visiting the sale. That’s a record number of customers! They loved our bargains. Hope to see everyone again in the fall for our next sale: August 29 – Sept. 20th.
Five Year Anniversary: June 26, 2014
We’re celebrating all summer.
• In June we had cupcakes and a contest.
• In July - an event for the kids: a BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION for the library. Refreshments and entertainment on Thursday evening, July 31st.
• ALL YEAR - we’re going to start a DONOR recognition program. Our operating fund and book budget could always use some additional help. Contribute to THE SCHIAVO LIBRARY, and we will add your name to our plaque of STAR contributors. Any donation over $100 qualifies.
